One of the big step Moku-moku achieve in year 2014 was that we were being selected by Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) and joined the Malaysia biggest online sale and the first Government-led cyber sale in the world – the #MYCyberSALE along together with other retailers like Groupon, AirAsia, Zalora, Lazada, Rakuten and Malaysia Airlines.

We learned a lot from the process as MDec set very strict rules to be part of the #MyCyberSALE and we feel great sense of fulfillment to be able to fulfill their requirements which create a safer, more secured and convenient online purchase experience the consumers and customers. Below are some of the rules that they required the merchant to fulfill like below:

2. Delivery, payment method must be clearly mentioned
3. Terms & conditions
4. Email & contact details
5. Fulfill to Data Protection Act 2010
